My Presentation..

I got a presentation coming on..
But I dunno got any problem of grammer in my speech..
Try help me out..

Good morning to Ms.Ajuntha and my dear fellow friends.
The topic for my presentation today is "How to make your own Maki Rolls".
Before you start, you need to prepare the ingredient and tools for making maki rolls.
You need Nori (a seaweed sheet), seasoned sushi rice, cucumber, sesame seeds, crab stick and egg omelet. As the tools, you need bamboo sushi rolling mat, short knife, a bowl of water and plastic wrap.
First, use the plastic wrap to wrap over the rolling mat.
Then, place the seaweed sheet on top of the rolling mat and make sure the shiny side of seaweed face down.
Moisture your hand in a bowl of water to stop the rice sticking to your finger.
After that, spread sushi rice evenly over the front 3/4 of the seaweed, leaving the last 1/4 bare.
Now for the fillings, put some sesame seeds on top of the rice.
Then, place the cucumber, crab stick and egg omelet horizontally on top of the rice.
After the fillings, you can start to roll the sushi rice.
Press the front and back sides of the roll with the mat to firm up the roll and create a vaguely square tube.
Cut the roll in half with the knife, place the halves next to each other and cut two or three more times.
Now you can serve your own maki rolls with soy sauce and wasabi to your friends.
I would like to end by reminding everyone that make sure you washed your hand and the tools are clean before you start the whole thing.
